2026 .... what to do ... what to do ...

 Damned.... it's almost DECEMBER!!!   Can't believe it; time flies.   We are going low key for Turkey Day, got a few things on the sched for Dec ...    then .. 2026?   Just saw an email about LA CVMA State meeting which got the brain churning on the subject.  So .. off to look at the Sanctioned Calendar!

Out the Gate.....  TEMPTING .. but ... probably won't make this one .. .The Hangover Ride!   But .. .scheming a lil.  Hey .. could happen

Next up ...  LA State Meeting on 10 Jan , but that's 6 hrs away.  BUT.... could then head to MS afterwards.   Sort of tempting, depending on the weather?   

No Flyer on the calendar, but AZ folks have an event in Tombstone mid month March.  WTF guys.. update the National Web Site!  Yep .. that's on my calendar!  This is turning into a major ride, meeting up with Bothers and Sisters from LA, VA, and hopefully ... AR for the miles together that direction.

Missed it last year due to weather, but 4 APR is the Mobile Bay Battle Run in AL (Dauphin Island).  Gotta get that on the sched!  UPDATE:  Went and booked a 3 Bdr cottage for the weekend!   Score!

Jumped past a few others .. but ...    APR Ride in Pineville, LA , 18 APR?  Hmmmm... lil tempting.  Looks like a nice ride to /from.   Same weekend 7-1 has an event in Cabot AR ...   also, a nice ride.

TX SCOM/SHINDIG  .  Third weekend in April, Corpus Christi!!!   Love that area. I've got two rooms on hold.  Host Hotel and one on the beach front... guessing we'll stay at the Host .. but .. choices!

 I don't see it on the calendar, but Steel Horse Rally is the first weekend of May... ALWAYS a good time.  Hopefully CVMA folks will step up and do a poker run or something?  

Nationals is in June of course, up in Syracuse NY.  That's on my list ...   I'm 99% comitted to attend that one.  But, do I 'enjoy' the ride or Iron Butt it 1500 miles?  Hmmmmm

Now here's an option.   AR State Mtg on 11 JUL in Eureka Springs.  I  LOVE that area.  Going to have to put that one on the calendar!

Sturgis Baby!   On my calendar, not on the National Calendar yet.   Will it happen?  Hoping ....  lets see if EZOUT comes through :)

September Looks promising ...    10-3 has an event 12 Sept in Lawton, and two weeks later is the RVR in OK City.  Maybe hit both?

October is TX State.  For the life of me, can't remember where it's going to be... but  you know I'll be there!  Update.  Pulled up the Meeting Minutes and... Marshall, TX.  

CVMA 44-1 Annual Ride... Should be ...24 OCT based on 2025's dates?

Can't believe I just went through all that.   I count Six states outside TX as a mininum I hope to ride to.  God knows how many we'll do within the State of TX.   Crap ... I'm felling tired and beat already . .....
